Thanks to the glass lid with aroma button, liquids can be easily added. With the high-quality ELODUR® Select non-stick coating, nothing sticks and cleaning is very easy. The integrated handles made of cast aluminium are indestructible. The perforated induction base is suitable for all types of cookers and ensures good heat distribution from base to edge. The Alucast serving pans are oven-safe with glass lids up to 180 °C and without glass lids up to 240 °C.
