Water damaged Apple Watch SE GPS

The watch works like how it usually does. However it does take up to a MINUTE and THIRTY seconds to boot up after shutting off.
If the watch is completely turned off and left sitting somewhere for days of no usage. It completely looses battery and has to be recharged when ready to use again.
The Digital Crown sometimes on rare occasion does get a little fidgety but it’s not unusable. I still used this watch after it was damaged and it worked fine. Personally I am selling due to the fact I no longer use this watch.
Watch also has no scratches on screen.
