Archangel Interceptors (1st Edition)

The Archangel is a specialized air-to-air interceptor, designed exclusively for air dominance missions. It's a compact aircraft, centered around a pair of standard 'Retribution' 40mm cannons, earning it the nickname 'The Last Gunfighter'. These weapons are formidable at close range and consume little energy, allowing the Archangel to swiftly close distances and engage in lethal dogfights. Its best defense is its superior maneuverability and high speed, as it has only light armor. However, its affordability ensures that it's never alone, with wingmen always nearby for mutual protection. The Archangel can also be employed for ground attacks when necessary, as its cannons are equally deadly against lightly armored vehicles. This makes it a bane for isolated scout units, vulnerable to assaults by packs of these aerial predators. Miniatures are provided unpainted and may require assembly.
