ARP 1000601 Blue Anodized Aluminum Break-Away Blower Stud Kit

Use of these special studs could save you thousands of dollars! Unexpected blower explosions can cause serious and expensive damage, but these break-away blower studs are engineered to allow separation of the manifold and blower to minimize the damage. Manufactured from premium-quality aluminum and heat-treated to provide the optimum balance between keeping the supercharger in place and breaking under a predetermined amount of force. The anodized studs are 7/16" in diameter and have an overall length of 2.880, and the kit comes complete with 12-point aerospace quality steel nuts and heavy-duty parallel-ground and hardened steel washers.
