Breyer Custom Stablemate Resculpt

Fell in love with this little old girl as I was making her - She's the broody old mare who always has to be first to greet the new foals when they are introduced to the big paddock; she keeps the colts in line and teaches the fillies how to behave. And, of course, she does it all with "red mare vibes."

This gal is a one-of-kind resculpt - she has been repositioned with a new neck with muscling, a nice thick tangled mane, and I thickened up her forelock. She has been coloured to a rich liver chestnut with many layers of soft pastels, acrylic points, and her coat has been finished off with layers of high gloss to protect her finish. I see her as leaning down to check out a new foal, a new member of the barn cat family, or she could even be playing 'spooky.' She's just a very fun little stablemate horse.

I don't claim show qualith, as I've never shown, but she is definitely a gorgeous and unique addition to your collection!
