Safe-Spirals hose protectors provide safe and economic protection of hydraulic and pneumatic hoses thereby reducing machine downtime and in some cases extending the life of the equipment itself. Safeplast protective Spirals are produced from high-grade HDPE, the polyethylene is extruded into its final form utilizing technology that was developed by the Company. This production method gives the final product greater strength and durability along with smooth rounded edges, which are non-abrasive and easy to work with.

They are also easy to install and use, with one size capable of being used for a large range of hose sizes.
• SEVERAL SIZES AVAILABLE: Offered in two different colors (black and yellow), availability of these hose protectors varies by spiral OD size, with pre-cut lengths going up to 25 feet. • DENSE AND TOUGH: The SPPC Series pre-cut hose protectors are constructed from high-density polyethylene (HD-PE), a lightweight thermoplastic polymer that tolerates acids, oils and solvents, and they are made with anti-static and UV-protection additives. It can withstand temperatures from -60°F (-51°C) to 175°F (79°C).
