Ceramacast 576N is an alumina based, medium grain castable for large high-temp potting and tooling. Resists temperatures up to 3000°F (1650°C). Supplied in powder form and mixed with water in 100:13 weight ratio to develop a strong hydraulic bond.Curing procedures are as follow:1) Air dry for a minimum of 8 hours.2) Bake at 200°F for 2-4 hours.3) Final cure at 250°F for 3 hours.4) Final cure at 450°F for 30-60 minutes when using the HLB-1 Hydrophobic Liquid Binder.
