This spring in the cap is broken. So you will need to take this out of the tube and put it in an old clearing serum bottle. (Unless you can fix the spring in the pump which I haven’t tried that hard). Other than that there is almost 100% of product in the bottle. I used maybe 5 pumps.
I tried to take it apart to show the bottle is completely full and this is how the spring broke.
