This is a now-rare Tenyo item from the Disney Characters Collection series. It's an item from over 30 years ago, and is new and unopened.
It has been stored in a dark place for a long time, and was kept in the original Disney outer bag (the paper bag is slightly visible in the last image, and will be included as a bonus). It was then stored in a cardboard box, so despite its age, it's in beautiful condition.
I believe this is a rare item, as there aren't many cases of it remaining in this condition.
