How to Use the Air Vent Valve After installation, open the water inlet valve slightly, then press the air vent valve to evacuate air. When a continuous flow of water overflows the air vent valve, release the air vent valve. Installation and Fixation of the Product 1. The inlet and outlet of the product must be in line with the inlet and outlet of the main pipe. 2. The product must be installed in such a way that the product is on top and the liquid intake conduit is on the bottom. 3. Attach the product to the wall or to another fixture. 4. Install the water inlet and outlet of the product in the direction of water flow to ensure a tight seal. 5. Install a 100-120 mesh strainer (not included) between the water valve and the inlet of the product. 6. Close the side branch valves of the product and open the valves on both sides of the product when dosing is required. 7. When the product starts to work, you will hear a clicking sound, then press the bleeder valve on the top of the product, when there is a small amount of water flow out of the time to release to ensure that the normal work of the product. How to Adjust Ration 1. Loosen the screws and take the U-shaped adjustment lock from the upper part of the product. 2. Preset the ratio of liquid additive to water according to the percentage of water scale on the doser: (Counterclockwise adjustment is to increase the specific gravity of liquid additive, clockwise adjustment is to decrease the specific gravity of liquid additive.) The percentage of the doser is calculated based on the doser water output of 100. 3. Turn the regulator until the hole on the U-shaped regulator is inserted into the groove of the product. 4. Firmly press the U-adjustment lock into the slot on the doser until they snap into each other.
