The always-on light inhibits mold growth and helps prevent buildup on the sink baffle*, further combating sink odors due to bacteria and helping to keep your food waste disposer clean. To install this garbage disposal sink flange kit, remove the existing flange and kitchen disposal, add the new LEDefense flange, remount the disposal, and plug the included power adaptor into a standard under-sink outlet.
