The console makes an audible car engine ignition startup sound effect when the console is pressed to turned on & also makes an audible car engine ignition being turned off sound effect when the console is pressed to turn off. It also makes an audible racing car tire change sound effect if you will, when the disc eject button is pressed to eject a disc out of the console (These audible sound effects can be turned off in the settings of the console).
