This is a vintage Sony cassette Walkman, playback only.
The exterior is very clean, and the motor sound was confirmed, but the cassette tape could not be played. Therefore, please consider purchasing it as a defective or junk item.
＜Product Condition＞
・When a rectangular battery is inserted and a cassette tape is inserted, and the buttons on the top are operated, a "shhh" sound of the motor turning was heard from inside, but it stopped immediately, and playback and fast forward were not possible.
・Operation with AA batteries has not been confirmed.
・There may be other undiscovered defects. Please consider purchasing it as a junk item, for parts, or as an antique.
・The cassette tapes and batteries used for testing are not included.
