Though men usually wear one in traditional Jewish services, some women have worn them as well. Many Jewish people wear this as a covering while praying. Almost like going into a closet to pray. The tallit has special twined and knotted fringes known as tzit-zit attached to its four corners. These represent all the commands God gave in His word. Numbers 15:38. This tallit has Bible verses on the corners. It measures 72 x 22 inches. On the neckline there is a Messianic prayer prayed before putting it on (optional of course).
