I purchased this several years ago. I removed the tag, but I only tried it on and have kept it stored at home.

It's made of slightly glossy satin fabric. When worn, it creates a more three-dimensional effect, making it a very beautiful and elegant skirt. The quality of the sewing is also outstanding. I think it would elevate your outfit even when paired with something simple like a t-shirt. I prefer skirts with a slightly longer length, so I'm selling this as part of a decluttering effort.
