So, you are looking at this... Like the "No Waaaayy" guy... Yes this is Army issue item. It was issued around 2013. Very limited issue and was only in use during the ACU days. People in the army couldn't even believe this was an army issue item when I would wear it on other units. Time to let go of this stuff. Super cool gear. Waffle neck.
