Staunton metal on leather chess set with storage

This Staunton metal chess set features 2 inch tall kings. The set comes with a vintage look pressed leather chest style chess board. It makes a great gift.

While the storage box has some wear on it , it does contain all of the metal silver and brass plated pawns and the storage bins are not damaged or cracked.

The underside of playing board is completely lined but does appear to have some staining. I did not attempt to clean as I wanted to leave it to the buyers discretion.

The storage box where the wood is chipping can be easily repaired. All the stitching around the board is in great shape and is still tightly stitched. If I were a chess player I would keep but I’m not so your good luck. Open for offers. Don’t be shy.
