There are fine scratches from rubbing, but I think it's in beautiful condition without any noticeable scratches.
The opening part of the ring is slightly widened.
I don't think things you put through it will fall out during use.
I couldn't put what I wanted to use through it, so I kept it unused.
The only included accessory is the storage bag.
The bag has some fuzz and stains.
