Previous buyer returned these with broke tabs holding the xover board.
These are NOS and have never been used they have been stored in our Wearhouse in Houston TX the heat has made the plastic "sticky" when you remove them from the plastic bag you will see and feel this. It is only cosmetic and does not effect the performance, could be fixed by cleaning with rubbing alcohol.
